Ingredients
2 cups puffed rice 1/4 cup assorted farsan 1/4 cup fine bhel sev About 10 unpuffed puris 1 small potato boiled, finely chopped 1 onion finely chopped 1 tomato finely chopped 1 tsp. coriander finely chopped 1 tbsp. tamarind chutney 1 tsp. green chutney 1/2 tsp. crushed cumin salt according to taste
Cooking Instructions
Keep aside half the sev. Crush remaining puris coarsely. Put all other ingredients in a large deep bowl and toss with hand till well blended. Put in individual serving bowls. Sprinkle remaining sev to garnish. Serve immediately while it's still crispy
