Ingredients
Chikoo - 3 Chilled Milk - 1.5 cups Sugar - 4-5 tsp Vanilla ice cream - 1 scoop Water - 1/2 cup
Cooking Instructions
*Peel the skin, chop the fruit after removing seeds. *Blend chopped chickoo with sugar and water. *Add chilled milk, vanilla ice cream and blend till it is smooth. *Serve it chilled.
Tips: 1)Vanilla ice cream can be replaced with vanilla essence (2 drops) 2)Almonds can be added after peeling the skin while blending
