Ingredients
3/4 Cup (75 gm) Chopped walnut 1 Pound (454 gm) (3 Large) apples 1-2 tesp Lemon Juice 1 1/2 Cup (195 gm) All Purpose Flour 3/4 Cup (150 gm) white Sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinamom powder 1/4 tsp salt 6 tsp (85 gm) unsalted butter melted at room temp. 2 large egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp milk 1/3 cup (50 gm) raisin optional
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven at 350 degree fahrenheit or 180 degree centigrate now preaper a pan by polishing it with butter.roast the chopped nuts & let it cool.Peel & chopped the apples in to bite size & toss with lemon juice & keep aside. In a bowl whisk the flour,sugar,baking powder,cinamom,salt & add melted butter ,eggs,vanilla extract& milk & beat it untill full incorporated now mix the apples,nuts & rasins. Transfer the batter in to preapared pan & smooth the top with spoon bake it in preheated oven for 35 to 45 min. until golden brown.
